Related Services and OptionsAchievement Tec offers several peripheral services that expand and enhance our assessments. Our aim is to offer our clients the most comprehensive employment screening available. We customize our services to give you the best combination of feedback before you make an expensive hiring decision.
Management SummariesAlthough all of our assessments include a score sheet, which captures a visual summary of the reports, the management summaries tend to address how some aptitudes or dimensions have sufficient weight to influence or compensate for other aptitudes or dimensions. Written by our trained staff of analysts, the management summary recaps the major elements of the assessment into a succinct, easily understandable cover page. Available on the Executive Achiever, Achiever, Sales Achiever and Guardian.
BenchmarkingUnique positions. Unusual company cultures. Hybrid job titles. When job descriptions list unique criteria, it is advisable to create a hiring pattern specific to that job. The best and more accurate means to that end is to develop a benchmark by analyzing the top producers within that job. Learn the traits that your best share – the traits that make them successful.
WorkshopsFor customers who would like to be fully certified as an Achiever Analyst, we offer a full day workshop that expands your knowledge of the assessments. The Achiever reports are easy to understand, however our workshops will train you to see the subtle interpretations and correlations that will enhance your comprehension of the report. We break the assessment down into individual elements, discussing each in depth. We then reconstruct the final assessment by correlating the highs and lows into a more complete ‘person’. You leave with a complete workbook and full understanding of how to interpret the behavioral characteristics of your candidates or employees. In addition to our Dallas workshops, we are available to do onsite workshops at your location.
Online WebinarsWe also offer online webinars covering the same information as our workshops, but broken down into several sessions over time. This allows the client to have multiple attendees. All participants will be well-versed in the depth and breadth of the information available in the Achiever assessments.
Interpretive ManualThe Achiever Interpretive Manual is a complete reference guide which expands the definition of each aptitude and dimension. It is available online to our clients and is applicable to all of our assessments.
InterviewsOur local customers have the advantage of requesting our professionally trained staff to interview their candidates. This is usually part of their final decision process. Our interviews are about the individuals, not about the job or the company. Our approach is based on the results of the candidate’s own assessment. We discuss their behavioral traits that may not be productive in the job for which they are applying. We look for areas of concern that may need specific training. The interviewer will also focus on past employment history. We ask questions about current drug use, recent acts of theft, if there is drinking on the job and any criminal history that will come to light when we do a background search. A comprehensive report summarizes the interview and highlights areas of importance. This report is sent along with the assessment results, after which we are available for a phone consultation with the employer. Clients who use this service are amazed at the information we glean from a 30-minute interview.
Account OptionsAll of our assessments are available online and accessed by a set of unique account codes. The codes are specific to each client based on the type of account they prefer. Full service accounts provide the client with ongoing contact with an analyst to review and discuss results from each candidate tested. This service may also include the interviews described above. Self-Scoring accounts allow the client to have full control of their online account and purchase assessments in larger quantities to reduce their cost per test. Although cost effective, the individual discussions with our analysts are no longer available. We suggest attending a workshop or participating in our webinars. Master accounts are available under the self-scoring option. For those clients who have multiple locations, with HR reps in each location, yet would like a way to centralize management of their accounts, a master account might be the answer. This allows for cost-effective purchase of assessments, but corporate HR has final control of how and when those assessments are distributed to their facilities. |
