We appreciate the opportunity to become your source for employment assessments.

We do ask that you complete an account application. It will include a request for ‘authorized users’. We understand the need for confidentiality and will only forward reports or communicate with those individuals you have designated to receive results of the assessments.

If you have previously completed an application with us for background checks, then we only need the authorized users listed. This list may differ from those you have previously authorized for background results so, we would appreciate a new list specifically for assessments. You need only indicate the company name on the first page and then identify those we can contact on the following page.

We recognize you have choices in assessments. We will work hard to supply the service and trust you expect from your vendors.
